LUXURY CUSTOM HOMES IN THE LOWCOUNTRY
Since 2006, H2 Builders has proudly constructed over 50 custom homes in the scenic and prestigious community of Palmetto Bluff. Situated in the heart of the South Carolina Lowcountry, this quintessential destination provides the perfect backdrop for our custom homes, each meticulously crafted to reflect the unique tastes and lifestyles of our discerning clients. H2 Builders’ unwavering dedication to quality, innovation, and exceptional service has firmly established us as a trusted resource and partner within the community. By continually pushing the boundaries of construction excellence, H2 Builders proudly remains at the forefront of the homebuilding industry in Palmetto Bluff.
In 2017, we unveiled our first Palmetto Bluff Idea Home in The Point, receiving multiple accolades and recognition as one of the top large luxury kitchens in the nation at the prestigious 2019 NKBA Design Competition held in Las Vegas. Building on this achievement, we have since completed and sold our second Idea Home, and we are currently in the exciting phase of constructing our third at 480 Davies Road. Nestled within Moreland Forest, this latest addition to our portfolio will soon be available for tours, giving visitors a firsthand opportunity to experience the artistry and precision that defines H2 Builders.
Guided by the expert leadership of Gus Hetzel, our President of Sales, and supported by our dedicated Palmetto Bluff Project Managers, clients enjoy a seamless experience through our comprehensive Design/Build Process. Gus, deeply rooted in the community as a multiple property owner, long-term member, and full-time resident, brings invaluable insight into the nuances of building and living in this extraordinary destination. With his extensive experience and knowledge of home construction in Palmetto Bluff, Gus expertly guides clients through every aspect of their building journey, ensuring their vision beautifully integrates with the stunning landscapes of the South Carolina Lowcountry.

A great day on the course for an even greater cause. ⛳️
H2 Builders was a proud sponsor of yesterday’s Par Fore Kids Tournament at Palmetto Bluff, supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Lowcountry. We’re always grateful for the opportunity to support the community we call home.
